Absolutely no point in having this app as it will not allow you to log into it. When you enter your login details it just shows a page saying they are upgrading the app, with a button underneath to log into the main website. I thought maybe it needed updating but it had one in Jan 2024 and there's no new update. Will look into changing energy supplier over this and hopefully find a company whose app actually works.

They redesigned the usage page and the new version is rubbish. Before you just had buttons to switch between daily/weekly/monthly figures, and gas/electric etc, now there's dropdown menus everywhere and it's so much more fiddly to use. It sucks Seriously, how can anyone look at that new UI and be like "yeah that's better"

Cannot be an app if it always advises updating then after logging in taking you to the web site to log in again to use. Not fit for purpose for those of us transitioned from hydro/SSE. A month later, uninstalled, reinstalled oddly enough same issue, did not try to contact via the suggested help chat as it seems I am not alone having the same issue so suspect there is no current solution and no urgency to fix it.
